After installing the app, an email will be sent for everyone who purchased from your store. The email is automatically created and will ask the buyer to leave a review but the decision to rank your product and write a review is totally up to the buyer. You have the possibility to convince them by giving them a discount. By doing so, the buyer will get a Discount code after leaving the review.
